§1 Scope of Application These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. We do not accept deviating conditions from the customer unless we have expressly agreed to their validity in writing.
§2 Contract Formation The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Buy" button, you place a binding order. The purchase contract is concluded through our order confirmation via email.
§3 Prices and Payment Terms All prices include statutory VAT and are plus shipping costs. We accept the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer. For advance payment, the purchase price must be paid before the goods are shipped.
§4 Delivery and Shipping Terms Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer. The delivery time is usually 3-5 working days after receipt of payment. If a product is not available, we will inform you immediately.
§5 Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.
§6 Warranty The statutory warranty provisions apply. For consumer goods, the warranty period is two years from receipt of the goods.
§7 Liability We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In case of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, but limited in amount to the foreseeable damage.
§8 Data Protection We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and the applicable data protection regulations.
§9 Final Provisions German law applies excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of performance and jurisdiction is our registered office, provided the customer is a merchant.
Legal Notice
Our online shop is registered and operates according to German law. All transactions and contracts are subject to German law.
